Our first time there and we had an awesome experience. Staff members were very accommodating and friendly, especially Juliie, the activities manager. She made our experience extra special. The rooms were beautiful. We had such a great time and are considering returning with friends. It truly felt like home away from home.

If you've never been on a vacation ownership tour, you may not be sure what to expect. We're here to help! Your tour will last approximately 120 minutes and consist of three main portions.
Part 1:
Vacation Consultation
At the beginning, we like to get to know you, discover your vacation goals, and figure out what you're really looking for in a vacation. We'll also chat about the benefits of vacationing regularly and share a little bit about what it's like to be part of the Welk family of owners.
Part 2:
Discussing Your Options
We'll show you all the great things at Welk—our properties, amenities, and products that will be best suited to match your goals. You'll take a tour of the resort so that you can see first hand the beautiful villas, great amenities, and fun activities we have to offer.
Part 3:
After Your Tour
Once you've had a chance to learn about Welk Resorts, we hope you'll become part of the family. But if vacation ownership isn't right for you—that's okay! You can still enjoy the rest of your stay at Welk Resorts, and we'll look forward to hosting you in again in the future.
